G10 缓蚀型天然气减阻剂

摘要: 针对天然气管线调峰问题严峻、内腐蚀严重、输气能力下降、气井产能发挥受限等问题, 研制出兼具缓 蚀和减阻功能的G10 缓蚀型天然减阻剂。减阻机理是在内壁能形成具有序微观结构和毛刷纳米结构的弹性膜, 形成较 光滑壁面, 减少粗糙度, 形成反向移动波, 抑制湍流脉动、降低脉动强度。通过室内研究, 产品减阻性能大于10%、 缓蚀效率大于80%、有效期大于60d; 不会与脱硫脱碳溶液及三甘醇脱水剂发生化学反应, 配伍性良好。现场应用减阻 增输效果好, 压力损耗可降低10%~30%, 在压力不变的情况下增输5%~15%, 一次注入效果可稳定30d 以上。

Abstract: In view of problems such as severe peak-shaving in the natural gas pipelines, serious internal corrosion, reduced capacity of gas transmission, and limited production capacity of gas wells, the G10 corrosion - retarding natural DRA ( drag reduction agent) was developed, which is with corrosion inhibition and drag reduction functions. The mechanism of the drag reduction is to form an elastic film with ordered microstructures and hairbrush nano structures on the inner wall, to form a smooth wall, so as to reduce the roughness, to form reverse moving waves, to suppress the turbulence pulsation (fluctuation) and to reduce the pulsation intensity. Through indoor researches, the drag-reduction performance of the product is greater than 10%, with greater than 80%of corrosion-inhibition efficiency, and more than 60 days of validity period. It does not produce chemical reactions with desulfurization and decarbonization solution, or with triethylene glycol dehydrating agent. The compatibility is good. Field application shows that the effect of drag-reduction and transportation increase is good. The pressure loss can be reduced by 10%-30%. In the case of constant pressure, the transportation can be increased by 5%-15%. The one time injection effect can be stabilized for more than 30 days.
